My windows are 10 years old, and tilt open. Balance shoe tips are breaking, need to be replaced. The part is grey, with a green insert. Markings are: Pat. OS 6.679.000, 4.610.108, D467.490
Please advise proper part to make sure I am getting part I need before I order. Thank you.

Hi Anthony. Your shoe looks like our 15-194 1" T-Lock Shoe. Look it over and compare with your old shoe to confirm. However, there is an added issue. Your old shoe has a groove in the stem that our T-Lock shoe and balances lack. Because of this, our shoes will not be compatible with your old balances, and you'll need to replace your balances as well. See our Series 795 Channel Balances.
