Balance Shoes and Pivot Bars

Question

I order Series 795 window balances. The balances fit the channel but the Balance shoes that were shipped with the balances don't fit. In the picture above the old shoe is on the left and the new shoe is on the right. The old shoe is approx 7/8 or 15/16. I also need to replace the Pivot bars so they fit in the correct Balance shoe. I believe the part number for the pivot bar is 26-021. Need to order both ASAP

Thanks for the inquiry. The shoe on the S795 is 1-1/4" wide, but you can swap it out for our 15-194. This shoe should be a better match for your original.
