I have 3'x4' double hung vinyl insulated glass think I would like to replace both sides

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. We may sell the individual components for this balance assembly, but it will depend on size. Start by looking at our 15-199. I believe this is the same pivot shoe, but you need to remove it and compare all dimensions to verify that they match.

If so, please also tell me the size of the springs. They should be either 1/2" or 3/8" deep.
