If I'm measuring this correctly, they are 26" long and 1/2 wide. I'll need 4 of them if you stock them. I will send 2 more emails with more pictures that include measurements too. Thanks, Andy

Thanks for posting. See either our S380-26 or S385-26 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. With the Series 380 the depth of this nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 385 it is 1-3/32". Compare with your own and see what is best.

Once you know which balance to select, you must choose a stamp option. Your stamp code of 25-5 conforms to our stamp option of 2550, which is for a window sash in the weight range of 25 through 28 lbs. Let us know if you have any questions.

Hi Bob, thanks a ton for the reply. I'm trying to order the balance springs and appropriate "shoes" and get stuck just before the cart as it won't let me add the extra hardware? Am I doing something wrong? Image included. Thanks, AndyO

Hi there, it looks like you need to choose an "option" before moving forward. As Bob mentioned, the 2550 should do the trick for you. Hope this helps!

Hi Kathleen, it won't let me choose an option, that's the problem. There's nothing highlighted or no buttons to click. If you look at the image i sent, it shows there is nothing to click on.

Oh, I see. Sorry for the mixup. That is peculiar. I just tried it on my end, and had a couple others here in the office try it, and we didn't get the same issue. It might be a problem with your browser. Try going back to the store page and seeing if you can select it there.

Funny, I thought of that after I wrote my last post and was driving to work. Have had trouble with Safari before. I finally got them ordered, but it must be something to do with my Mac cause I could order from Safari or Google browsers, had to use my phone. Thanks so much! AndyO
