Balance System Replacement

Question

On the shorter system, "11 2 KV CMC 9" is painted on. It is approximately 13" long and 5/8 inch wide
On the longer system, "25 5 B.S.I. ph " is stamped on. It is approximately 27" long and 5/8 inch wide
Not sure who the window manufacturer is
I have quite a few windows that no longer work properly and am checking to see if I can replace the balance systems

Hey there. For the balances stamped 11-2, you likely have either the S380-12 or S385-12 channel balance, depending on the shoe depth. See below. For a stamp option choose 1120. For the balances stamped 25-5, see the S380-26 or S385-26, again depending on the shoe depth. For a stamp see 2550.
