Balance With Hook

I ordered 770 -28c balancer from u mine has a j hook . The one I received from you as a flat hook it does not fit my window I will attach a picture of it
The one on the right is The one that fits my window. Thank you.

Thanks for posting! Your window balance is a custom assembly, with a 62-105 Heavy Duty Pointed Hook attached to the bottom. I'll need to provide you with a custom link to place the order.

Before we move forward, I'd like to confirm if the balance screws in at the top of the window or if it attaches using a clip.
