Hello there. This pivot shoe is an older version of the 15-177. This shoe works with Series 152 Coil Balances. If your old spring housing is undamaged, you can reuse it; otherwise, see the 15-143, 15-144 and 15-145. These parts 'sandwich' around the coil. Let me know if you have further questions about any of this hardware.
