Can you please help me identify which window balance guide this is on your site? I couldn?t seem to find it. This is for a single hung window that can tilt in.

Hey, Tom. We can replace this balance for you, but it might have to be specially made. Before we begin, can you tell me the length of the metal channel and the stamp printed on it? Can you also show me the slot in the window where that hook went? Finally, how many did you need?

Length of the metal channel is 27 in. (maybe just an 1/8" over that)
The stamping is: 27B BSI
Here's a picture of where the hook latches onto the window sash. It's like an indent that the hook hooks into.

Thank you! This is just what we needed to see.
We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order. Basically, we will use our S795-27 but with the top screw tab swapped out for the 15-198 hook. That will allow you to install it in that slot. I just need to know how many you need. Once I know that, I'll email you an order link and price quote.
