Balance broken

Thanks for posting. This looks like a 15-087 Pivot Shoe and 16-024 mounting bracket. This setup uses Series 180 Coil Balance springs sold separately. Let me know if you have any questions about this hardware. 

The coil spring is inserted inside the 15-087 Shoe, there is a place where it sits. The tongue of the spring is then attached to the 16-024 mounting bracket further up the window track. Let me know if that makes sense.
