My windows use 1/2? wide, dual coils on each side.
It says on old coil: #5.5 64?

I want to replace coils, shoe, and coil support. The shoe looks exact. Support bracket little different from what I have. Can you confirm the following will work:
S160-5 5.5 lbs. (4 per window, dual coil)
15-111pivot shoe. (2 per window)
15-150D (2 per window)

I'm afraid this information does not tell us what balance you have. We will need to see a picture of the balance itself, preferably out of the window. A photo of the pivot shoe will be helpful too.
