It appears that you are in need of a new coil balance assembly. Your pivot shoe resembles the 17/32" thick 15-199. Please compare the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!

This pivot shoe is compatible with the 1/2" thick Series 160 or the 3/8" thick Series 165 coil springs. Do you have your original springs to measure the thickness?

To move forward, please provide confirm the Series you have and we will also need to know the weight of the window sash. The sash will need to be removed and placed on a bathroom scale. Thank you!
