Balance for Window

Hello,

If you could please help with the balance for this windows that would be great. I contacted Catalina Windows and they directed me to this site, used you guys before and appreciate all the help.

Thanks for posting. This type of balances are called coil balances. I'm pretty confident we can replace these for you, but we'll need a little more information to be able to help. Could you show us a picture of the pivot shoe that these balances connect to? The identity of the pivot shoe determines the identity of the coil springs. From there, we should be able to narrow down what you need. Many thanks.

Thanks for getting back to me. This looks like an older version of our Series 140 Coil Balance system. The '10' stamp might indicate that you specifically need the S140-10, which supports 10 lbs of weight individually. If you're uncertain, weigh your window sash. Give us the exact weight and we can confirm the weight support needed.
