Balance, for double-hung, tilt, with spring and pulleys

Your balance appears to be a match for our S795-32 with the 32D strength option and 15-194 closed cam T-lock shoe (sold separately). One important detail to note is that the Series 795 attaches to the top of the track using a screw, not a hook. If yours needs a hook then let me know; we can still help but your balance will have to be custom made.
