I can't be sure with the balance still installed but the S765-24 would be a good place to start. Take a look and compare the end fitting and pulley clip shown below match your assembly. As long as your metal channel measures 24" long, your stamp code indicates that you'll need 23-5 stamp options to support a sash between 14-19 pounds. Thanks for posting!
