Balance hardware, spring to suspension "hook"

A handy person from SE Missouri says:
For Caradco double hung Heritage or Car-Clad windows, early 90's.

pictures are the balance tracks that have these pieces that connect
the bottom of the spring to the peg in the bottom side of the window.

The groove that they slide in is 1/2" x 1/2", the pieces themselves
measure 7/16 wide by 1/2" tall by about 4-1/4" long

Photo 1 best shows how it's made, it's a "side" view, with the "hook" which attaches to the bottom of the spring in place but broken off.
Photo 2 shows it as you'd see it installed in the groove.
Photo 3 shows the back side
Photo 4 shows the end of the balance "track" and the two grooves for
the two sash's
Photo 5 shows it as installed in the balance "track"

I don't care how they're made as long as I can get something that will
hook to the spring and will accept the peg at the bottom side of the sash.

I need 10 of them.
