Help! I ordered the wrong balance

I placed and order online S350-26 with a 2510 option, seems like it is not the correct Channel Balance

The broken one that I have has on it: 26 4 JP CALDWELL, it is 27" long.

Thanks for posting. Is the Series 350 at least the correct combination of nylon attachments? If so, you might want to look at our S350-27 with a 2640 option. However, you should check the weight of your window sash just to make sure that the 2640 is appropriate.

Need to know how to determine the weight of the window? Sash size is 44" x 30".

To check the weight of the sash, you will have to remove it from the window and place it on a scale. Any common bathroom scale could do. Take a look at our tutorial video below to see how to remove the sash. It is a quick and painless process!
