Balance identification

I am looking for a replacement to my kinco window. I need the bottom part of the window. The id # is shown. Do you have it available?

Thanks for posting. That's actually not an ID number, it only tells us what the strength of the balance spring is. It does not aid us in finding replacements. That said, do you just need the square white part at the bottom of the balance? That is the pivot shoe. It looks like an old style version of our 15-046. Check that out and see if you can use it as a replacement. Make sure the dimensions are the same as yours.

Thank you for your assistance. The glass was busted out and I was actually looking for a replacement window. However, someone stated I could take it to a glass shop and have the glass replaced. Is this accurate info?

Absolutely. If the glass is the only thing that broke then a local glass shop should be able to help you out.
