There is a broken coil balance (s) on an adjoining window system. How do I identify the correct parts for repair?

Hi there!

We can help but we'll need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the window in order to narrow down your replacement options.

Thank you!

A quick learner from Kentucky, USA says:
Here are the pictures of the actual window frame assembly with the sashes removed. There are photos of upper and lower and left side/right side. Perhaps the only broken pieces are the plastic shoes? I'll hang up and listen to your answer.

Thanks for the additional photos! This is a huge help. Your hardware is a match for our S140-15 coil balance assembly but you can use the 15-215 if the pivot shoe is the only thing that's damaged. This part should work just fine with your existing coil springs. Take a look and see what you think.
