Welcome to SWISCO! Correct me if I'm wrong: your balance has "wings" on the top plastic piece, but not on the bottom? If so, we have a Series 395 balance like that. The "22 9" stamp isn't a direct equivalent to anything we offer, but it does suggest that your metal bar is probably 23" long. If so, you would have the S395-23 balance.
The last step is to choose a weight option. There is a chart in the S395-23 product description that tells you which option to choose based on the weight of your window sash. Remove the sash, weigh it, and choose an option. It won't be called "22 9," but it will still be the right balance for your window if you get the length and weight right.
