Balance parts

Home Owner from Angleton, Texas
This is from a C-Alwintite window. One of the sashes is missing both balances, and I cannot tell what the hardware is to be. The frame measures 34" high inside. The sash measures 17.5" high. One picture I sent is of a good window, and the other shows how the channel is empty. The frame is distorted enough that I was able to remove the lower panel. What parts do you recommend I get? Thanks in advance

Looking at your photos, it looks like you have a 5/8" non tilt window balance. If so, you should consider our Series 500 spiral balance. Please compare the diameter of the balance tube and see how well they match. We will also need the height of the visible glass so that we can calculate the correct length. For the bottom sash bracket, see our 17-012, which is screwed under the sash.

Thanks Paul!
The visible glass is 15" high.
Thanks for the info, I will need a couple other sizes, but will respond with them later.

Great, thanks! With that size, I'd go with a S500-16.
