Looking for the Balance parts for a single hung vinyl window
I included a picture of the sticker on the side of the sash. Not sure if that helps

Hello,

Take a look at the 17/32" thick 15-199. This isn't the same as your old pivot shoe, but it's similar. Review the thickness and width below compared to your pivot shoe uninstalled.

If it's a match, this shoe is used with either the Series 160 or Series 165, depending on the width of your original springs. There should be numbers stamped on your original springs you'll use to choose the corresponding strength options. Thanks for posting!

I will also need the top support that the spring attaches to if you know what part would work for that. They are missing from this window

If you're referring to the spring covers, the compatible options can be found under the related items section once you determine if you need the (1/2") S160 or (3/8") S165.

Thanks for getting back to us but we would need you to confirm if your coil measures 1/2" or 3/8" wide.
