These are from M&W single hung windows from 2002. I need 16 of these, and 4 that are 18 1/2 ". The windows are also missing the stops. I assume someone already messed with these and took them out. I've attached pictures of those as well as weatherstrip.

This is an old rod-type balance. We used to sell them many years ago but they have discontinued for a long time now. The good news is that you can use one of our modern channel balances as a replacement.
The top recommendation is our Series 795. You should be able to use this with some minor alterations, but note that it will only fit if your original spring is 1/2" in diameter. You should check that first. If it's any other size, let me know and we can look into alternatives.
Otherwise, the video below will explain exactly how this installation would work.

Looking back on your first post, I see you also mentioned weatherstripping. Sorry for overlooking that at first. Unfortunately I can't make out what you have from these photos. Would it be possible to get a shot and measurements of the end profile? We have another video that will clarify what I mean.
