Balance piece

Good Afternoon,
I'm in need of new balance pieces shown in the attached pictures. When I measured the piece it came out to a little bit less than 29in. When I looked up the code on the piece (2850) on the website, a completely different piece came up. Please help.

Thanks for posting. See our S380-29 or S385-29 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See the diagram below. Measure your old balance's shoe to see what matches best. Choose 2850 for the stamp option. Let us know if you have further questions.
