Greetings, Barry. Your pivot shoe resembles our 15-129. You will need to remove your part from the window in order to compare your measurements with ours. This pivot shoe can be used with the Series 770 balance. Take a look to confirm this looks like your balance. Again, you would have to remove your balance from the window to measure the length you need. There should also be some sort of stamping or marking on it to indicate which option to choose.
