Balance pivot lock shoes

Question

I have MGM survivor series 5610 tilt windows. They were installed about 8 years ago and I need replacement shoes which are continuing to break. I only had 6 of them and don't have a source of replacement. If you can locate and provide these for me I will be ordering about 40 of them.

It's about 1 and 1/4 wide across the bottom
1 and 1/2 long
7/16 thick at the bottom

Thanks for posting. I recognize this shoe. It is similar to our 15-195, but the 15-195 won't work as a replacement. Yours has a groove on the front of the stem, a design feature that has been phased out by the manufacturer and replaced with the solid stem on the 15-195. I'm afraid you will need a new balance entirely. See our Series 795 channel balance.
