Balance pivot shoe

Question

I had theses windows put in 2008 when my wife was cleaning this she noticed the pivot shoe was broke I got it out I sent a picture of the bar code I'm not sure if I have to replace the pivot bars with the new pivot shoes Thanks for your help

Your balance assembly resembles an older Simonton style that is no longer made. We recommend converting to the 15-259 pivot shoe and Series 159 coil springs.
