I have a 52" wide X 49.5" window. The window has two lower fixed metal "supports" that appear to fit into the base of the balance. The existing broken balancer measures 21"and has a stamp "20-9" It appears to be e block and pulley type.
Can you identify the two new balancers I need please?

This window measures 52" X 49.5" It is an old window, I can't seem to get the window out of the frame. There are no existing balancers or identifying labels. Let me know if you need additional pics to ID this one please.Thank You!

Thanks for writing in! The balance from window #1, appears to be the Series 795 Channel Balance. However, to confirm the exact replacement, I'll need to confirm a few more details. To start, may I please see a photo of the attachment at the top of the balance and how it installs at the top of the window channel? Please also include a photo of the back of the T-Lock shoe at the bottom of the balance.
The last thing I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash. Unfortunately, I am not able to cross-reference the 20-9 stamp from your balance with the ones on our balances.
In regard to window #2, this appears to be a non-tilt window with missing hardware. Are there any windows in the home, similar to this one, that still have the hardware installed?
If so, we may be able to use the hardware from that window to determine the replacement you need.
