Thanks for reaching out to us! The S795-33 with the 33B stamp option looks like a good match. This comes attached with the 1-1/4" wide 15-195 closed cam shoe, so you'll want to make sure your old shoe matches this. Please note that the S795 installs with a screw, but if yours uses a hook, this must be a custom order.

You don't need a jamb spreader to remove your hardware, however. I recommend watching the video below, starting at the 3:15 mark, which shows how we install the balance. The removal process is essentially the same steps, but in reverse.
