Hello,

The pivot shoe shown in your photos resembles the 15-177 shown below. This shoe is used with the Series 152 coil springs and related items listed on our product pages. I would recommend removing your coil balance from the window to compare to these parts and looking over the related videos to help you through the repair process. Thank you!
