"Balance replacement"

I have 2 windows, side by side.  I need the same parts for the other window.  Please tell me how to order these.  Thank you.

You have a coil spring balance system. The pivot shoe looks like our 15-199, which is compatible with our 1/2" thick Series 160 coil spring. Look this hardware over and let me know what you think. You will need the number stamped on your old spring to confirm the best Series 160 option.
