Balance replacement

A quick learner from USA says:
Hello~
While cleaning my windows today the "balance" or "pivot shoe" broke on both sides. Actually only one side actually broke the other broke when I was trying to figure out how to fix the window. UGH!

It should be stable in the track and move up and down with the window until it goes into the other side of the part.

Attached is a picture of the part.

1. Are there replacement parts for this?
2. Am I able to fix on my on without a new window?

Your help is much appreciated.

Your exact Simonton shoe is no longer made. However, we believe you can replace it with the 15-259 shoe. You will also need to replace the coil springs with our Series 159. The video below shows the ins and outs of this process.
