Hello, I ordered 6 sets of the S770-27 balances. I need the pieces that the sash goes into in the track. Also need the plastic slot coverings that hide the balances. Can you help?

It sounds like you're referring to pivot shoes and balance covers. We sell the first, but unfortunately not the second.
The S770-27 is designed to work with multiple different pivot shoes, depending on what size you need. One common pairing is our 15-129 but this is by no means the only one. You should review our dimensions and design to ensure that everything matches.
