Balance replacement

Hello Swisco. I am looking to replace the balance for 12 windows. Attached are pictures of the balance in question. Please help me identify the part number i would need to order. Thank you!

Thanks for posting. Based on the nylon fittings, you have a Series 395 Channel Balance. The stamp code suggests that is a S395-28. For a stamp code choose 2730. Let us know if you have questions.
