Balance replacement part

I have a 30" channel balance that I need to replace on my window. The sash weighs about 30lbs. As it turns our there were two different types of balances on either side of the window. Could you help me try to find the correct one please? The stamp on one is 29 9 and the other has a stamp of 29-6 HA5 CMC 1. The pictures are of both balances next to each other.

Thanks for posting! Before I can offer an applicable replacement for this channel balance, I just need to know a bit more information about the bottom attachments on both.
Please take a look at our 15-004 and 15-005 channel balance shoes, and note their depths. As you can see, they are 1-3/32" deep and 1" deep, respectively. Which one more closely matches your own bottom attachments? Are they the same on both balances?
Can you also give me the weight of your window sash? This will help me determine the appropriate option,

I measured both depths and it looks like I have one of each shoe. The shoe with the wider wings (the top balance in the pictures) is the one with the 1-3/32" while the other with the smaller wings is 1"

I believe that both of your shoes are our 15-004, and that one is just worn down. I also think that they are from different manufacturers, judging by their styles. Either way, I believe that you should consider our S385-27 channel balance.
As for your stamp, I'm afraid that we do not have any standard options that correspond to it. Your balance may have to be custom made, but let's double check just in case. I will need to know the weight of your window sash. Please remove it from your window and place it on a scale, then let me know what you get. Thank you!

The sash is right about 30-31 pounds.

Thank you. Is there any way you can get a more exact weight? Our 2650 stamp can support 26 through 30 pounds, you see, but anything higher and your balance will need to be custom made. Is it possible your sash is exactly 30 pounds?
