Balance replacements

Question

I am trying to find balance replacements for my bedroom windows. The windows make is listed on the lock housing as "Atrium Door and Window Company of Arizona."

The plastic ends of the balances have broke and get hung up when opening/closing the windows. It seems the plastic ends are pop-riveted into the metal channel so I think the best bet is to replace the entire balance.

I have attached a few pictures of the balance that I am looking for. Does your company carry these?

Hello! I recommend looking at our Series 395 channel balance to start. Specifically, check out our S395-29 with a 2830 stamp option. This seems pretty close to what you have, just make sure the dimensions match.
