Balance screw at the top, hook at the bottom

Hi Swisco:
See the attached for the ends of the balancer. It is for the same type of hung windows. There are 3 in a row. Let me know what else you need.

Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Hmm, we aren't immediately familiar with this balance. Could you show us the front view of the hook? We would also like to see a photo of the attachment the hook anchors to. Lastly, can you confirm the length of the metal channel?

Hi Emily:
The balancer is 26 inches in length. I am sorry, I do not have a picture of the front of the hook. The picture I sent previously has a pretty good view of it. See attached photo of where it hooks in. Please let me know if your company can produce these.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a direct replacement for your balance, so we can’t guarantee that our hardware will work as a substitute. The best option we can provide is the S765-26. You will need to remove our bottom hook and replace it with your old hook. It’s advisable to have a few extra 62-005 rivets on hand in case you need to take the rivet out to access the hook.

Additionally, you will need to weigh the window sash to determine the correct stamp option for your needs. There is a chart available under the S765-26 product description that you can use as a reference. Please review the specifications and see what you think.
