Balance shoe

Question

I have double hung windows and the balance shoe is no longer working on several of them. I don't see any kind of markings on them, which is why I'm sending the picture. Hopefully you can help.

Hello there. This exact pivot shoe is no longer made, but our 15-177 should replace it. Like your old shoe, this new one works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs. Let me know if you have further questions.
