Balance shoe for tapered channel

Question

I purchased the 15-195 T lock balance shoe from your but it does not fit into my taperesd channel balance.The BalShoe I need is on the right side of the photo with both pieces:
The single piece photo is the BalShoe I need.

My neighbor received the parts ( BalShoe Patriot part # BALSH-6 # 747 1 1/4 drop in ), from Patriot Windows last year in 2017 because they were under warranty.

I called Patriot Windows and they told me to call you since my windows are out of warranty.. which I did and I ordered the parts I got from you..

Can you get the Balshoe I need ??

Unfortunately, we don't carry this style T-Lock shoe. You would need to order a new complete Series 795 balance. I also recommend purchasing our 15-195B separately. I believe yours has an open cam.
