Balance shoe replacement

Question

We broke a few balance shoes while cleaning the windows. What product should I order. I added a picture of the coil for reference as well. Only need 8 shoes.

Hello there. This looks like a Simonton Coil Balance assembly. The closest match we have to this shoe is the 15-192 Certainteed model, but we've found this shoes does not fit a Simonton window properly due to the alignment nubs on its surface. It's possible if you sand down those nubs it will fit the window, but we can't promise this will work, and note modified items cannot be returned for refunds.

Your other choice would be to convert the entire balance system to the 15-259 Pivot Shoes and Series 159 Coil Balances. This is what we offer when someone is looking to replace the entire balance assembly. The downside of this in your case is that you would need all-new springs as well as the shoes, but it does work.
