Balance shoe replacement

I have a balance shoe as shown in the picture. Do you carry this type of balance shoe? Also, do you know how I remove the insert to replace the balance shoe? Thanks for your help

Your photos resemble the 15-104 Caradco friction shoe, which should work for your jamb liner. To remove and install a new friction shoe, you will need to remove the sashes and the jamb liners, then slide the friction shoes out. This job may be a bit of a project, so you may need to enlist the help of a professional. Take a look and thanks for posting.
