I'm afraid we can't replace this shoe. The issue is that yours has a deep groove in the stem. This is to accommodate a similar groove in the metal channel itself. Our pivot shoes, like the 15-194, lack that groove.

I'm afraid your only option is to purchase a new Series 795 channel balance. This comes with a 1-1/4" wide shoe, and yours looks like it's thinner at 1" wide, so you will also need to purchase our 15-194 separately and swap them out when you get them.

I'm sorry that we can't offer an easier solution.
