Balance shoes are too thick

Question

Hello I ordered your 15-195B balance shoes. They are 1/8 of an inch thicker than the old part. Do you make a thinner shoe?

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. Unfortunately your metal channel has a deep groove that is incompatible with any of our shoes. We cannot supply shoes that are--we have tried unsuccessfully in the past. In short, you will need to replace the balance with our Series 795 model. If you need any help with this process just let us know.
