Balance shoes for 30B balance bar

A quick learner from New york says:
My balance bar has a ridge in it. Therefore, the shoe doesn't slide under the small metal bar. I am also sending a picture of the bottom of the balance bar where the shoe attaches.

This indeed looks like a 15-195B T-Lock Shoe, but it appears both your older shoe and channel balance have a groove that interfaces with one another. Our Series 795 lacks this groove. Therefore, I am afraid you will need to replace not just the shoes, but the balances as well. See our S795-30, with a stamp option of 30C. Just make sure the top of your old balances attaches to the window track with a screw clip, rather than a hook. If it's a hook, let me know, and show me pictures of the hole in the wall the hook attaches to.
