The Atrium company who obtained the Reynolds vinyl window company will now only provide us with replacement springs (correct poundage per sash (see individual spring in pic)) though no longer can / will provide us with a compatible replacement balance shoe that both fits in window channel as well as can be attached to spring.
Your S161 which we have already purchased from you in the past for another window line will not work as the shoe is far to thick to fit into window channel and incompatible with the springs
The balancer on the bottom was the original shoe and spring assembly and the balancer in the middle was the last compatible model they shipped for repairs
Any help in locating a compatible shoe (that will work with the springs they are sending us (in pic)) would be very helpful
