Balance shoes/clips??

Question

I have submitted photos of the parts we need to replace, and We have an old invoice that describes what we need (from when we received replacement parts back in 2007).   I do not know if the item numbers are still current or useful. We need more of the same parts! How do I order more of these?  Thanks for your help!

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid I can't cross-reference those product numbers with any of our parts, so anything you need we will need to see out of the window. For the pictures you show in your first photo, your old crossbow balance isn't made anymore, but it can be replaced with our Series 795 Channel Balance. See the video below for details. For your tilt latches, it's hard to say without dimensions or closer pictures from other angles. See our 26-243 and 26-244 to start. While they don't have the curved back top like your latches do, these latches have been used in MW Windows before, so they might work for you. Just compare all the dimensions to find out.
