Hi. Need to replace a pair of balances with stamp 2790. They are 28 inch. Your literature doesn?t list the 2790. What?s my next step?

Thanks for contacting us. We can certainly help with this, but it may need to be special ordered. may we see a photo of your top and bottom nylon fittings and the 2790 stamp that you mentioned?

I went ahead and weighed the sash and ordered a pair of the S395 with the correct option for the weight. Both nylon end pieces match mine. We shall see! Thanks.
