Balance spring replacement

Quick Learner from Enterprise, AL
I'm looking to replace the balance springs in some of my windows. I've attached pictures to help identify the balance springs.

Thanks for reaching out to us with your photos. These are a good start, but we really need to see the attachments that go along with this part. There should be some sort of clip or shoe located at the bottom of the balance or the end of the cord. Can you send us some additional images of that for us to take a look?

I've added some updated photos from the inquiry I made a few months ago. Please let me know if these additional pictures help identify the parts I need.

Thanks for getting back to us! We're definitely getting closer. It looks like you have a Series 795 channel balance.

Now, there's just one detail that may prevent our Series 795 from working as-is. Looking at the last photo in your first post, there appears to be a hook tied to the end of the top cord. Our balance, however, comes with a screw tab. That means we may need to specially make this balance for you. Before I pull the trigger on that, can you just show me a clear picture of the hole or slot where that hook installs? If it's a square hole rather than slot, then I have a little trick that will allow us to avoid a custom order.

Just to be safe, please also tell me how many balances you need. That will cover all our bases no matter what kind of order we're looking at.

The hook has a round hole in it that the cord passes through. The cord is secured by a knot tied on above the hook. I've added an additional picture if that helps. Also, this hook is attached to the upper portion of the window frame.

Great, that's what I was hoping to see. I'm confident that our Series 795 balance will work just fine the way it is now. There shouldn't be any need of a custom order link.
