Balance spring replacement/pivot shoe

A quick learner from USA says:
Balance spring is 32" long, my bottom sash weighs 17 lbs., tilt windows. It is definitely a plain channel balance not the ribbed. What replacement part do you suggest?

Paul from SWISCO responded:

We can replace this balance, but it will have to be specially made. I'm thinking of using our S770-32 with a 15-014 shoe tied to the end of the cord. Does that sound good to you? We can make it for you, but before we can begin, can you just tell me how many you need?

A quick learner from USA says:
Hi Paul, I prob should replace both sides, no? If you are in agreement, then I would get 2. What is the cost for 2? Your website shows the plain channel, so they would still need to be special?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Yep, we usually recommend replacing both sides. I'll email you an order link for 2 right now.

This will have to be specially made, since the 15-014 is usually only installed on a ribbed balance.
