Balance springs for H-LC25-48x96 window

A home owner from Hayward, CA says:
Hello,

I had an incident that destroyed both balance springs in my single hung window. The window has a placard that identifies it as a series 1500 SH, model H-LC25-48x96.

The windows are non-tilt and use channel balances that are 1/2" in width. The 'heel-to-toe' measurement is about 1 3/32", and the length of the metal channel is 25", so I'm leaning toward the S385-25.

The channel balances most closely resemble products S80, S385.

However, I am lost as to what option to choose. The bottom sash (the part that moves) is about 13 lbs according to a postage scale that I have. From this, would I choose option 2420 or 2430?

I also ended up breaking one of the take out clips while removing the damaged balance springs. I'm leaning toward a product code 16-002 take out clip.

What parts should I order?

Thank you,
Phil

Emily from SWISCO responded:

Hi, Phil.

If your sash weighs 13 pounds, you'd want the 2420 strength option which carries a sash weighing 9 to 15 pounds. The 2430 option would be too strong since this is for a sash weighing 15 to 19 pounds.
