Balance springs for tilt windows

Thanks for your post! There is a strong likelihood we have a replacement match for this window balance. Although, I will need to see a photo of the other end of the balance to determine the correct match.

I'll also need to see any other hardware that could possibly be left behind in the window channel.

Sure thing! It sounds like you'll need the S770-29 Channel Balance with a 62-105 Heavy Duty Pointed Hook attached to the bottom. We'll also need to add a rivet to the top of them. These will need to be a custom assembly since they are not a standard item in our inventory. 

To finalize the quote, I'd just like to confirm the sash weight. Our 29D stamp will support a sash weighing between 23 to 28lbs.
